Wood and Disney are NOT a traditional firm of number cruncher accountants. We imbed ourselves in your business becoming a strategic partner, guide, counsellor, advisor. To achieve this level of integration, Wood and Disney meet our clients at least quarterly, often monthly, to track progress, to make decisions and set new goals. We’re deeply committed to that. So, we only work with clients who commit to a minimum of quarterly meetings with us.

The moving process - Appointing Wood and Disney
Once you have chosen your new accountant, the process of moving is straightforward.
The process we at Wood and Disney follow is:
- You contact us by email or telephone and we organise a telephone meeting to start to understand your needs and explain to you the level of service we offer.
- We have a face to face meeting at our offices or your premises to have an in-depth discussion about your business, your goals, challenges and personal aspirations. We discuss the services we provide and agree on the level that will best meet your needs.
- We send you a proposal detailing the services we will provide to you and the costs, with options, so that you can choose the right level of service to meet your needs and budget.
- Follow-up telephone calls/meetings are held as needed, until you are happy with the proposal and fully understand the services in terms of compliance, advice, meetings etc.. that we will be providing you and the costs of those services.
- You sign the proposal form and appoint us as your accountants.
- We contact your old accountants (professional clearance) and arrange for your data to be transferred to us. You need have no contact with your old accountant unless you wish to. However, we always encourage professional, cordial relationships as a matter of courtesy.
- We take over as your accountant. As your business grows or your needs change, we mutually agree on changes to the services we give you. Offering additional advice, planning, financial support services, more meetings .... Every change will be documented in a proposal, fully costed, agreed and signed off by you - no unexpected bills. We offer a fully flexible, costed service that adapts to your needs.
